s365 Terms and Conditions

One Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If s365 detects multiple accounts, it reserves the right to suspend all of them and cancel any deposited funds.

Accuracy of Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information will be considered a breach of these Terms. s365 may request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card) at any time.

• If registration details are incorrect, account verification may be delayed.

Account Security

Deposit Conditions

Welcome Bonus

New members on s365 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, they must be wagered 25 times.

• The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account, for the first deposit.
• A specific time limit applies for completing the wagering requirement of the bonus.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

VIP Cashback Program

The s365 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer can be claimed only once per account.
• If misuse of the bonus program is detected, s365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been met.

Betting Limits

s365 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market. These limits may vary by game or market and will be displayed alongside each game.

Right to Cancel Bets

s365 reserves the right to cancel any bet in the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or server issue.
• If a game or event is cancelled or suspended.

Software and Technical Conditions

If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, s365 will cancel the relevant round and return the wagered amount.

Fair Play Policy

• Manipulating bets in collusion with other members.
• Creating artificial transactions to gain bonus benefits.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts.

Closure by s365

s365 may suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or system abuse.
• Registration using a false identity or information.
• If the account is found to belong to a minor.
• Violation of applicable laws.

Closure by the Member

Balance Refund

If an account is closed by s365 due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance earned and winnings obtained through the breach may be cancelled. However, legitimately deposited personal funds will be considered for return, subject to verification.
